
The Bachelor of Applied Management Studies degree builds on your two-year Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree. You already have completed a specialized technical, vocational, or professional study program and will now add general education and business management studies to earn a bachelor's degree.
This program provides basic skills that may be used in the management of materials, money and human resources within the various activities, functions and organizations existing in business, industrial, manufacturing and service areas.
> Complete a minimum of 30 credits at the 300/400 level.
> Complete at least two writing intensive (wi) courses with a grade of "C" or better, one at the 300/400 level.
> Complete a minimum of 120 credits.
> The final 30 credits applied to the degree, or 45 of the last 60 credits, must be earned at St. Ambrose University to meet the residency requirement.
> Earn a cumulative GPA of at least 2.00 (on a 4.00 scale).
> Complete Information Literacy within the first 12 credits.
