Jessica Greenwald joined the faculty of St. Ambrose University in 2010. She earned a PhD in Organizational Behavior with a minor in Research Methods from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Dr. Greenwald's research interests lie in the field of work motivation, specifically core confidence, self-efficacy, attribution theory, and subconscious motivation. Her work has been presented at the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology and Academy of Management conferences.

Prior to pursuing her doctoral studies, Dr. Greenwald was a Senior Account Executive at ASAP Software (now a subsidiary of Dell, Inc.). In this position she worked mainly with CIOs and IT Directors of large corporations in managing their software licensing agreements with Microsoft and other major software publishers. She earned her MBA and bachelor's degree in Marketing from Southern Illinois University.

At St. Ambrose University, Dr. Greenwald teaches DBA courses in the field of Organizational Behavior as well as Research Methods II and III.
