The gains in management knowledge and critical thinking abilities enable students to assess organizational issues more accurately, helping them in their jobs and preparing them for advancement.

• The degree provides the expertise and credentials needed to pursue consulting opportunities and academic careers. One-third of all graduates hold teaching positions or academic administrative roles.
