Dr. Farrell serves as Chair of the Orthopaedic Clinical Residency program. He teaches kinesiology/biomechanics, applied anatomy and orthopaedics, as well as courses in the residency program. Dr. Farrell is a board certified orthopaedic clinical specialist and a Fellow in the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists. He continues in part-time clinical practice and is an Advanced Credential Clinical Instructor.
