    Dr. Lynn just completed 20 years at St. Ambrose. Prior to coming to St. Ambrose he had taught at several colleges and universities and owned and operated a few businesses. Since coming to SAU he has taught a wide variety of courses both graduate and undergraduate including finance, economics, and entrepreneurship.

    He has done consulting work for the Veteran's Administration, the EPA, the Institute for Environmental Research and Education, the City of Davenport, and several organizations. He also does work as a forensic economist. He served 8 years on the Davenport City Council. He was instrumental in developing an environmental management degree and is now working to develop a minor in entrepreneurship.

    He has also authored a book entitled Business Plans for the New and Small Business. He also co-authored papers on a predictive model for oil prices over the next 20 years and a study showing how city fees and regulations impacted the number of houses built in Davenport.
