    After completion of graduate school in 1976 and a brief stint as a Resident Scholar at the American Enterprise Institute in Washington, D.C., Dr. Woodruff began his full-time teaching career at Mount Holyoke College in Massachusetts. From there he moved next to New York State, where he taught at St. Bonaventure University. One more westward move brought him to Davenport, Iowa, where he has continued teaching economics for the last 20 years at St. Ambrose University.
