The St. Ambrose Teacher Education Program has received statewide recognition for the quality of its programs and graduates and is designed to produce caring, qualified and competent teachers.
The program is accredited through 2013 by the Teacher Education Accreditation Council.
Our Teacher Education Program produces competent, caring, and qualified teachers who possess the skills to be effective teachers though practical experience, self-monitoring, and encouragement of professional growth.
Students accepted into the School of Education may earn endorsements in early childhood, elementary or secondary education, as well as earn their Bachelor of Education degree.
