With 42 percent of Iowa public school principals at age 51 or older, a shortage of qualified administrators in Iowa's public schools is imminent, jeopardizing the state's tradition of educational excellence. To meet this need, St. Ambrose has created a master's degree program based on national standards that addresses the need for qualified administrators in diocesan, public and other private schools.
