Teaches engineering graphics through 3D CAD programs. Focuses on new product design and development, life cycle support and sustaining configuration management of a given design.
Teaches core engineering courses for industrial and mechanical engineers and specializes in mechanics and the application of engineering to the human body.

Dr. Stonedahl teaches physics courses and has a professional interest in hyporheic exchange (water flowing through sediments in natural streams).
Teaches physics and engineering courses to chemistry and engineering majors, and most upper division theoretical courses in physics.
