Dr. Fahey participates in scholarly activities and professional communities in basic writing and composition, online writing instruction, multimodal composing, and professional communication. As a result, she stays relevant with current teaching methods and assignments for today's diverse and plugged-in student writers; industry standards in professional and technical communication; and disciplinary guidelines for writing program administration and assessment.
