With five areas of study and the ability to receive an Iowa coaching authorization, the Kinesiology program at St. Ambrose gives you plenty of choices.
Major in Exercise Science; Human Performance and Fitness; General Physical Education; Physical Education Teacher Education; or Sport Management. Students may also minor in Health Education and take courses to fulfill the State of Iowa coaching authorization.
The Department of Kinesiology educates majors who will be knowledgeable and adaptable to: compete in graduate school; be effective teachers; and exemplify the values and ethics of the allied professions.
