With five areas of study – Exercise Science; Human Performance and Fitness; General Physical Education; Physical Education Teacher Education; and Sport Management – and the ability to receive an Iowa coaching authorization, the Kinesiology program at St. Ambrose gives you plenty of choices.
Major in Exercise Science; Human Performance and Fitness; General Physical Education; Physical Education Teacher Education; or Sport Management. Students may also minor in Health Education and take courses to fulfill the State of Iowa coaching authorization.

There are many career paths for which St. Ambrose will prepare students with a BS degree in Exercise Science or Human Performance and Fitness.
