Over the last 30 years, Dr. Collis has taught over 30 different undergraduate and graduate courses. Additionally, he's taught educational administration courses at the University of Iowa doctoral program.
Dr. Dan Ebener has been practicing leadership and developing leaders in churches, businesses, and nonprofits since 1975.
Dr. Forret primarily teaches HR Management, Research Methods, and topics courses in Careers, Training & Development, and Organizational Culture.
Dr. Graham has completed more than 30 years in leadership and managerial roles across several industries including military service and manufacturing.
Dr. Greenwald teaches DBA courses in the field of Organizational Behavior as well as Statistical Techniques II and III. Her research interests are in work motivation.
Jerz specializes in manufacturing, engineering graphics, introduction to computer science, and intermediate algebra.
Dr. McCaffrey teaches primarily in the areas of ancient and medieval/renaissance philosophy, as well as business ethics and classes in the MBA program.
Dr. O'Connell has taught Organizational Behavior, Theory, and Culture; Conflict and Negotiation; Research Methods; and co-taught a special topics course on Careers.
Dr. O'Leary was born in Ireland and has broad international work experience, including time in England, Japan, Dubai, and Belgium.
Dr. Peng teaches a wide array of undergraduate and graduate business courses as well as being an accomplished researcher in Business Statistics, Quantitative Research, and Decision Science.
Dr. Pillutla's teaching interests include Strategic Management & Business Policy, Organization Theory, and Comparative International Management.
Over the past 20 years Dr. Richards has consulted with dozens of firms in manufacturing, construction and mining, and government. He is a highly sought-out trainer and is certified in Executive Coaching.
Dr. Senjem taught for 20+ years at Syracuse and St. Norbert College. He consulted for non-profits and small business and has worked with several local initiatives on economic development and sustainability.
Dr. Shoemaker is Professor Emeritus in Marketing with 25 years of corporate business experience.
Ron specializes in organizational leadership development with a focus on adaptive leadership, crisis communication, organizational change, interpersonal and public communication, and political rhetoric.
