Over the last 30 years, Dr. Collis has taught over 30 different undergraduate and graduate courses. Additionally, he's taught educational administration courses at the University of Iowa doctoral program.
Teaches a wide array of courses in the Masters of Organizational Leadership program including Leadership Theory, Strategic Leadership and Servant Leadership.
Dr. Forret primarily teaches HR Management, Research Methods, and topics courses in Careers, Training & Development, and Organizational Culture.
Dr. Greenwald teaches DBA courses in the field of Organizational Behavior as well as Statistical Techniques II and III. Her research interests are in work motivation.
Dr. McCaffrey teaches primarily in the areas of ancient and medieval/renaissance philosophy as well as business ethics.
Dr. O'Connell has taught Organizational Behavior, Theory, and Culture; Conflict and Negotiation; Research Methods; and co-taught a special topics course on Careers.

Dr. Pillutla's teaching interests include Strategic Management & Business Policy, Organization Theory, and Comparative International Management.
Dr. Richards teaches business ethics and leadership and is the interim director of the MBA program.
