

Over the last 30 years, Dr. Collis has taught over 30 different undergraduate and graduate courses. Additionally, he's taught educational administration courses at the University of Iowa doctoral program.

His primary areas of teaching are Organizational Behavior and Leadership, International and Cross-Cultural Management, and Business Strategy.

Teaches a wide array of courses in the Masters of Organizational Leadership program. Occasionally also teaches MBA courses, particularly in Not-for-Profit arena.

Dr. Forret teaches DBA courses primarily in Human Resource Management, Research Methods I, and Special Topics courses in Careers, Training & Development, and Organizational Culture.

Dr. Greenwald teaches DBA courses in the field of Organizational Behavior as well as Research Methods II and III.

Dr. O'Connell has taught Organizational Behavior, Organizational Theory, Organizational Culture, Conflict and Negotiation, Research Methods I and co-taught a special topics course on Careers in the DBA program.

Dr. Pillutla's teaching interests include Strategic Management & Business Policy, Organization Theory, and Comparative International Management.

Areas of professional interest include organizational development, conflict, leadership, small group dynamics, and business ethics.

Current scholarly interest is on improving leadership in organizational settings. Teaches and researches in the area of communication and leadership.
