Transcript Request

To request a transcript, complete the Transcript Request Form. Contact the Records and Registration Office at 563/333-6206 if you have any questions. PLEASE NOTE: A new form must be submitted each term you wish to receive a paper grade report.

 

Research Assistantships Available

Need extra financial assistance? Apply for a research assistant position in the College of Business. Pick up an application in the College of Business office.

Change of Address

Students should inform the MBA Office if they have a change of address during the semester. This notification is necessary for students to receive their grades and any other information which the University may wish to convey to its students. The MBA Office will communicate the change to offices on campus as needed.

 

Wrapping up the Program

Have you found yourself in your last semester of classes? Then it's the time to apply for graduation!

• Ceremonies are held twice a year in May and December.
• A graduation audit of your records will be completed by the Registrar's Office to ensure that all graduation requirements have been met.
• A graduation fee of $35 will be billed by the Business Office near the middle of your last semester.
