CONFERENCE FEE includes lunch, all materials, and continuing education certificate. Fee is $60 for occupational therapists and occupational therapy assistants. Fee for occupational therapy students and occupational therapy assistant students is $15. Fee is waived for SAU students, faculty, and staff. Proceeds will support the Assistive Technology and Jim's Place Outreach Services.
CONTINUING EDUCATION St. Ambrose is offering this activity for 5.5 contact hours of continuing education credit. Full attendance is required; no partial credits will be offered for partial attendance. St. Ambrose has AOTA Approved Single Course Provider status for this course. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY If you need to cancel your registration, notify the OT Department by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or 563/333-6277. Cancellations with full refund are accepted up to 7 days before the event. Refunds will not be issued within 7 days before or for "no shows." Should the conference be canceled due to lack of registration, notice will be given by email within 7 days along with a full refund. Registration deadline Friday, May 9. Space is limited.
