At Ambrose, we understand that making the decision to further your education through graduate studies is an investment personally, professionally and financially.
All of us in the Master of Organizational Leadership program are ready to support you through the admissions process, to graduation, and beyond.
Individuals applying for full admission to the MOL Program must meet the following criteria:
All documents can be emailed to MOL@sau.edu, faxed to 563-333-6268, or mailed to SAU MOL Program, 518 W. Locust St., Davenport, Iowa 52803.
*Students who do not meet the 3.0 GPA requirement will be considered for probationary admission and will be re-evaluated after the first semester.
Requests to waive any above stated requirements, due to extenuating circumstances, must be reviewed by the program director.
The Master of Organizational Leadership (MOL) program focuses on qualitative skills – the people skills necessary to develop collaboration, manage conflict, and lead organizational change.
A GMAT score – used for tallying quantitative skills such as forecasting, budgeting, and data analysis – would not be useful in determining your aptitude for the MOL program, so we don't require it. Instead, we evaluate your ability to be successful in our program in other ways. We review your work and/or community experience and ask for two letters of professional recommendation. This information, along with the official transcripts from your undergraduate work, will be considered as part of the application process.
