The Department of Modern Languages offers minors and majors in French and Spanish and a minor in German Studies.
Reason #2: An opportunity to experience foreign language literature, films and music in their original forms
The German Studies minor is an interdisciplinary program which includes Study Abroad in either Germany or Austria.
Because French is a global language spoken by diverse populations on every continent, graduates from this program will be uniquely qualified to respond to the expectations of an interconnected world.
Our faculty expertise and course offerings span the academic areas of linguistics, literature, cultural studies, special topics, as well as the geographic areas of Spain and the Spanish-speaking Americas.
