

Dr. Winter belongs to the College Theology Society and the National Association of Women in Catholic Higher Education. She participates in gatherings and discussions of the Association for Graduate Programs in Ministry. She also makes frequent presentations at local parishes and has worked with couples preparing for marriage in the Catholic Church.
Dr. Winter teaches Catholic/Christian Systematic Theology (the study of church teachings, their relationships to one another, and their significance), as well as in Lay Ministry formation and Deacon Formation programs in the Diocese of Davenport. She also serves as liason with the diocese for the Master of Pastoral Theology program.
