2012-2013 Academic Year

Deadlines to submit materials to PTS:

  • First year probationary, tenure-track faculty: January 14, 2013
  • Second year probationary, tenure-track faculty: October 1, 2012
  • Third+ year probationary, tenure-track faculty: January 14, 2013
  • Faculty applying for tenure: January 14, 2013
  • Faculty applying for promotion: October 1, 2012
  • Faculty applying for both tenure AND promotion: January 14, 2013
  • Faculty scheduled for post-tenure, five-year review: August 31, 2012
  • Faculty applying for promotion in conjunction with five-year review: October 1, 2012

All Tenure and Promotion decisions will be made by the President during the final weeks of March 2012.

All contract renewals are made by the Vice President of Academic and Student Affairs by the end of the academic year.
