St. Ambrose has a reputation for its quality academic programs that is recognized by both fellow academics and employers. Corporate sponsors report their employees’ communication skills improve very quickly, often within the first and second semesters. These kinds of results, as well as our commitment to inter-weaving practical knowledge with high ethical standards, have earned Ambrose great respect in the community.
St. Ambrose is accredited by the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools of the Commission on Institutions of Higher Education, the largest of six regional accrediting associations in the United States.
In the Accelerated Programs for Adults, you'll become part of a community that will help you gain the knowledge you need to become the professional you aspire to be. Although students are on different paths and working at different speeds, they share a commitment to earn a degree—and coffee in the lounge on weekends.
Small classes, which average 16 students, foster personal learning and allow students to learn from each other. During small-group projects, students will collaborate with professionals from such companies as Alcoa, Genesis, HON Industries, and John Deere.
