Cardio Pods: The cardio pods are a joint venture between Campus Recreation and Residence Life. The pods contain from three to seven pieces of cardio equipment and are available for use by the entire campus community (students, faculty, and staff) regardless of whether you live in a residence hall or not. Find out where they're located, grab your workout clothes, and jump on a treadmill today.
Sand Volleyball: Adjacent to Tiedemann and Hagen Halls, this site is home to Intramural sand volleyball, as well as informal recreation opportunities. It can be reserved by contacting the Campus Recreation office.
Rogalski Ballroom (3rd floor): Group exercise classes such as ZUMBA!, Trim & Tone, and Pilates are held here when the (smaller) Lee Lohman Dance Studio can't accommodate due to class size.
Ambrose Dome: A premier facility located just minutes from campus. The Dome is an indoor turf facility that is home to club sports practices, some intramural sports, and intercollegiate athletic practices. [map]
