Cardio Pod Locations & Hours
8 a.m. to 7 p.m. for the entire campus community (students, faculty, and staff).
Students only after 7 p.m.
Residents only after 11 p.m. due to campus resident hall policies
If you would like to use the equipment after 11 p.m. and do not live in the residence hall, please contact Campus Recreation or the hall director of the hall.
If you have problems with any equipment or have any questions, please contact Campus Recreation at campusrec@sau.edu.
