For undergraduate transfer students, admission decisions are made on a rolling basis. Of course, the sooner you apply the better, so that you can begin to plan your course schedule and your move!
For graduate transfer students, individual graduate programs may set admission deadline dates. If no date is set, then applications are also reviewed on a rolling basis.
For students from Guangdong University of Finance, the application deadline for both the 3+2 Programs in Accounting and Finance is April 1.

For graduate students, any further requirements of the graduate programs.
For applicants from Guangdong University of Finance, please also submit 2 letters of reference from individuals who can attest to your ability to succeed in a graduate program in the US. The letters should be in English or should be accompanied by an official English translation.
Government-sponsored students should submit a letter of support from their sponsoring agency instead of a bank statement.
Copies of materials can be used for an admission decision, but originals must be received in order to get an I-20.
Applicants who submit a completed application packet with originals and a bank statement can be issued an I-20 within two weeks of receipt of the materials by St. Ambrose University admissions staff.
