  2. A copy of your transcripts from secondary school with an evaluation by WES (originals will be needed for the I-20).
  3. SAT or ACT scores if you are applying for a scholarship. The SAT score must be sent throught the College Board website. The St. Ambrose code is 6617.
  4. TOEFL or IELTS test results to show proficiency in English.
  5. A copy of your passport photo page and immigration documents, including your US visa, both sides of your I-94, and your current I-20 (if you are in the US on a visa).
  6. Financial Statement ($40,146).
  7. Bank Statement (can be sent upon notification of admission)

For those applicants who submit a completed application packet with originals and a bank statement, an I-20 can be issued within two weeks of receipt of the materials by St. Ambrose University admissions staff.

Government-sponsored students should submit a letter of support from their sponsoring agency instead of the bank statement.

Copies of materials can be used for an admission decision, but originals must be received in order to get an I-20.

Transfer student applicants already in the United States are asked to submit a secondary school transcript evaluation if they have not completed two semesters at an accredited university or college in the United States.

Transfer student applicants from outside the United States are asked to submit undergraduate transcripts and an undergraduate transcript evaluation from WES.
