Zumba Pink Out Class
Zumba goes all pink!

Class Schedule

(as of Oct. 10)
All classes are in Hayes 114N unless otherwise noted.

5:30-6:30 p.m. – Zumba

Noon-12:50 p.m. – Yoga, Rogalski Center. There are mats to borrow if you don't have one.


7:00- 7:30 a.m.- Express Abs
4:20-5:20 p.m. – One Tree Yoga, Rogalski Center. There are mats to borrow if you don't have one.
5:30-6:30 p.m. – Zumba

6:30-7 p.m. Express Abs

Noon-12:30 p.m. – Mindful Meditation. Optional: Bring a pillow or cushion. Some mats available to borrow.
2:30-3 p.m. – Dynamic Stretching

Class Descriptions

Express Abs

This 30-minute class will provide you with exercises to help strengthen your core and define your abs.

Trim and Tone

Utilizing toning and strengthening exercises, and through the course of the semester, participants will work on increasing the number of repetitions of each exercise for stronger muscles!


Ditch the workout, join the party! Zumba is a great fitness class for all levels that incorporates salsa, merengue, reggaeton, cumbia, and hip-hop. No experience is necessary!


 PiYo is the very best Pilates and yoga-inspired moves that have cranked up the speed to give you cardio, strength, and flexibility training all at once. PiYo packs it ALL into each workout so you can build lean muscles!*Limited number of mats available, please bring your own mat if you can*

Mindful Meditation

Meditation is an ancient practice of increasing awareness and focus while lowering stress levels. This class allows you to take a pause from your hectic day to slow down and relax in a positive environment. *Participants may want to bring a mat or cushion to sit on*


Yoga is a relaxed-paced class that integrates breath work with various poses for a greater sense of balance and direction. No prior yoga experience is need. *Please bring your own mat*
