Class Descriptions

Express Abs

This 30-minute class will provide you with exercises to help strengthen your core and define your abs.

Boot Camp

This is a dynamic total core workout routine developed to tone both the upper and lower body. It is high-intensity strength based class that is dynamic in nature to fit any fitness level. It is a self-paced fitness class that will allow all levels of fitness to train together in a highly motivated and supportive atmosphere.

Trim and Tone

Utilizing toning and strengthening exercises, and through the course of the semester, participants will work on increasing the number of repetitions of each exercise for stronger muscles!


Ditch the workout, join the party! Zumba is a great fitness class for all levels that incorporates salsa, merengue, reggaeton, cumbia, and hip-hop. No experience is necessary!


Pilates is the art of controlled movements which with consistency, pilates improves flexibility, builds strength, and develops control and endurance in the entire body. It puts an emphasis on alignment, breathing, development of strong core and postural muscles, and improving coordination and balance. This is the perfect class for anyone who is concerned about their posture! *Limited number of mats available, please bring your own mat if you can*

Mindful Meditation

Meditation is an ancient practice of increasing awareness and focus while lowering stress levels. This class allows you to take a pause from your hectic day to slow down and relax in a positive environment. *Participants may want to bring a mat or cushion to sit on*


Yoga is a relaxed-paced class that integrates breath work with various poses for a greater sense of balance and direction. No prior yoga experience is need. *Please bring your own mat*
