As a liberal arts institution, St. Ambrose University faculty and staff play an important role in mentoring students in choosing a career path after graduation. Many students will become inspired to pursue a particular career route because they discovered a hidden passion during a classroom presentation. Others may come to fully understand how their out-of-the-classroom experiences can be applied to everyday life beyond the Ambrose campus.
The Career Center offers a number of educational tools for faculty and staff and can offer classroom presentations to facilitate discussions about career opportunities now and after graduation.
In addition, we also track where our students land post graduation using the First Destination Outcomes Survey. The Career Center is happy to provide major-specific data to faculty who fill out the request form.
Contact the Career Center at 563/333-6339 or firstname.lastname@example.org to talk with our staff about how we can support your work in the classroom, and outside of it.
