Submission Guidelines

For Artists

Opportunities for acquisition and/or exhibition at St. Ambrose University are limited; however, we welcome introductions and updates of artists' work.

Those who would like their work reviewed should please send the following:

• 10-20 images of work in the form of slides, printed copies, or scanned files (CD or DVD) 
• a résumé and description of the works presented 
• any necessary background materials (i.e. artist statement, proposal, press files, etc.) 
• a self-addressed stamped envelope

Please do not send original artwork, or the only copies of slides or photography, as the Catich Gallery cannot claim responsibility for submitted materials. Please send only replaceable documentation.

Submissions will be acknowledged with a letter upon receipt. Reviews by the curator and committee take place twice a year; therefore, it may be several months before you hear from the committee and/or your materials are returned.
