2013 Quercus Cover
Established in 1992, Quercus–the St. Ambrose University creative arts journal–publishes writing, artwork, and photography from SAU students, faculty, staff, and alumni.
Quercus submissions are judged anonymously by two student editorial boards–one for art and one for writing. Students design and lay out each volume and are responsible for all the many decisions and activities leading to annual publication.
Quercus will celebrate its 22nd year of publication with a reception beginning at 6:30 p.m., Tuesday, April 30, 2013, in the Ambrose Hall Board Room. Writers will read their fiction and poetry and artists will display and discuss their works at 7 p.m. The event is free and open to the public.
