Folder Organization

Content contributors are encouraged to restrict their image or document uploads to their corresponding office or department subfolders:
Ex. Assets → Images → Departments → Arts and Sciences → English

Small Thumbnail images should be placed in the following folder:
Ex. Assets → Images → Departments → Arts and Sciences → English → Thumbnails
