Below are two simple ways to get quickly acquainted with MAP-Works or to review a student's record before a meeting with him/her.

View Talking Points

OPTION 1: GET AN OVERVIEW OF ALL STUDENTS ASSIGNED TO YOU

A. If you are not immediately directed to your students upon login, click on Faculty/Staff Reporting located on the blue bar.

B. On the Faculty/Staff Reporting screen (shown below), you see a real-time list of students who are High Priority, Open Referrals, or Non-Respondents. If you want to review those lists, simply click on "view students."

OPTION 2: VIEW A SPECIFIC STUDENT

A. If you are searching for a specific student, you can type the student's name in the search box on the upper right of the screen.

B. You should be immediately directed to the Talking Points tab for this student (shown below). This section compiles all self-reported data from the student and organizes it in a format that you can quickly review before an appointment.

C. After reviewing your student's Talking Points, click on the SURVEY/DASHBOARD tab.

D. Click on the left side Student's Report/Usage (as seen below). In the drop-down menu labeled "Select Surveys," select the survey you would like to review. As the school year progresses, more reports will become available to you (provided your student takes the follow-up surveys).
