Below are two simple ways to get quickly acquainted with MAP-Works or to review a student's record before a meeting with him/her.
A. If you are not immediately directed to your students upon login, click on Dashboard located on the blue bar.
B. On the Faculty/Staff Reporting screen (shown below), you see a real-time list of students who are High Priority, Open Referrals, or Non-Respondents. If you want to review those lists, simply click on the percentages on the left side of the My Students box.
A. If you are searching for a specific student, you can type the student's name in the search box on the upper right of the screen.
B. You should be immediately directed to the Talking Points tab for this student (shown below). This section compiles all self-reported data from the student and organizes it in a format that you can quickly review before an appointment.
C. After reviewing your student's Talking Points, click on the SURVEY/DASHBOARD tab.
D. Click on each survey to view results, or click both surveys and compare the two (as seen below). Under the Survey/Dashboard tab select the survey you would like to review. As the school year progresses, more reports will become available to you (provided your student takes the follow-up surveys). By comparing multiple surveys, you can see student progress in or challenges in specific areas.
