St. Ambrose University is located in Davenport, Iowa, part of the Quad Cities—a bi-state (Iowa and Illinois) metropolitan area situated on the only major stretch of the Mississippi River that runs from east to west.
Ambrose offers programs at its 60-acre main campus in Davenport and at its Continuing Studies and Conference Center located about five miles away. Graduate courses are also delivered at other sites that are educationally underserved in certain areas of graduate study around eastern Iowa (Burlington, Muscatine, Cedar Rapids, Ottumwa, and Waterloo), as well as at the Rock Island Arsenal.
Ambrose also offers short-term and semester-long study abroad opportunities in a variety of countries.
