ID Cards

Once you have completed the required Human Resources paperwork you may stop by the Dean of Students/Residence Life Office for a university ID. This ID serves as your library card; can be used to charge snack bar and cafeteria food purchases to your paycheck; and will get you and your family free admission to any SAU games played at home.

Hours: 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m., Monday-Friday; 9 a.m.-noon, Saturday
Outgoing mail service deadline: 3:15 p.m. Monday-Friday
Campus Post Office mailboxes are usually assigned to faculty/staff as part of a department/office box. Stamps may be purchased, and packages and mail may be received and sent there (with the exception of mail or packages bound for foreign countries). Notary Public services are generally available 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m., Monday-Friday. A general use fax machine is located there, as well.

Physical Plant Service Request Form
Office and building keys must be requested from the Physical Plant Office by a department chair or office supervisor. Physical Plant is responsible for the maintenance and repair of university facilities on a priority basis.
