Qualifications
1. Earned Bachelor's degree.
2. Currently enrolled SAU graduate students: Proof of 2016 SAU Registration required.
Prospective SAU graduate students: Officially applied to SAU graduate program for fall 2016. Eventual acceptance into graduate program required.
3. Previous experience in admissions preferred; other related experience will be considered.
4. Strong public relations, communication, time management, and organizational skills.
5. Ability to work in a team oriented atmosphere.
6. Strong computer skills, especially in a Windows setting and with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Ellucian (DATATEL) knowledge is a plus.

ATHLETICS:
Men's Baseball Graduate Assistant Coach
Qualifications
1. Earned Bachelor's degree (prior to starting date).
2. Currently enrolled SAU graduate students: Proof of 2016 SAU Registration required. Prospective SAU graduate students: Officially applied to SAU graduate program for fall semester 2016. Eventual acceptance into graduate program required.
3. Previous baseball coaching experience preferred, collegiate baseball playing experience required. Assist the head coach in the day-to-day operations of a nationally competitive intercollegiate program, team travel, summer camps, public relations, film review, study halls and other administrative duties as assigned. Involves team travel and some overnight and weekend trips.
4. Strong public relations, communication, time management, and organizational skills.

Men's Soccer Graduate Assistant Coach

5. Ability to work in a team oriented atmosphere, including strong supervisory skills.
6. Strong computer skills, especially in a Windows setting and with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel)
7. An understanding of small college cross country and track

Track and Field Graduate Assistant Coach
Qualifications
1. Earned Bachelor's degree (prior to starting date).
2. Currently enrolled SAU graduate students: Proof of 2016 SAU Registration required. Prospective SAU graduate students: Officially applied to SAU graduate program for fall semester 2016. Eventual acceptance into graduate program required.
3. Previous track and field coaching experience preferred, collegiate track and field experience in sprints, jumps,
hurdles, pole vault or distance running required. Assist the head coach in the day-to-day operations of a nationally competitive intercollegiate program, team travel, summer camps, public relations, film review, study halls and other administrative duties as assigned. Involves team travel and some overnight and weekend trips.
4. Strong public relations, communication, time management, and organizational skills.
5. Ability to work in a team oriented atmosphere, including strong supervisory skills.

Enrollment Technology/Admissions Operations - 1 (one) Graduate General Assistant starting Fall 2016
Qualifications
1. Earned Bachelor's degree (prior to starting date).

3. Strong analytical, communication, time management, and organizational skills.
5. Ability to work 20 hours per week in 4 hour blocks preferred
6. Strong computer skills, especially in a Windows setting and with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), with emphasis on Excel. Colleague and Recruiter knowledge is a plus.

General Education - 1 (one) Graduate General Assistant starting in fall 2016
Qualifications

3. Previous experience in admissions work preferred; other related experience will be considered.
4. Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
5. Interest in other cultures and experience with study abroad and/or international students preferred.
6. Ability to work in a team oriented atmosphere.
7. Ability to work independently and complete projects in a timely manner.
8. Strong computer skills, especially in a Windows setting and with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel,etc.) COLLEAGUE and RECRUITER knowledge is a plus. Foreign language knowledge in Chinese, Arabic, Portuguese or Spanish is preferred.
