GRADUATE GENERAL SERVICES ASSISTANT POSITION OPENINGS FOR 2014-15

We are now accepting formal applications for Graduate General Service Assistants for the Fall 2014 and Spring 2015 semesters. Some of these positions offer a monthly stipend and tuition remission of up to 24 credit hours per calendar year.

Admissions - 1 (one) Graduate General Assistant starting in fall 2014 
                                                    (STIPEND AND 24 CREDITS TUITION REMISSION)

Qualifications

1.     Earned Bachelor’s degree.

2.     Currently enrolled SAU graduate students: Proof of 2014 SAU Registration required.

Prospective SAU graduate students: Officially applied to SAU graduate program. Eventual acceptance into graduate program required.  

3.   Previous experience in admissions preferred; other related experience will be considered.

4.   Strong public relations, communication, time management, and organizational skills.

5.   Ability to work in a team oriented atmosphere.

6.   Strong computer skills, especially in a Windows setting and with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Ellucian (DATATEL) knowledge is a plus.

7.    Flexible  schedule-day and evening hours 

 STUDENT ACTIVITIES -1 (one) Graduate General Assistant starting in fall 2014 (STIPEND ONLY)

Qualifications:
1. Earned Bachelor's degree.
2. Currently enrolled SAU graduate students: Proof of 2014 SAU Registration required.
Prospective SAU graduate students: Officially applied to SAU graduate program for fall semester 2014. Eventual acceptance into graduate program required.
3. Previous experience in Student Life preferred; other related experience will be considered.
4. Strong public relations, communication, time management, and organizational skills.
5. Ability to work in a team oriented atmosphere is a self-starter including strong supervisory skills.
6. Strong computer skills, especially in a Windows setting and with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
7. Several weekend and evening hours will be required.

1. Earned Bachelor's degree (prior to starting date).
2. Currently enrolled SAU graduate students: Proof of SAU Registration required.
Prospective SAU graduate students: Enrolled into a graduate program beginning fall semester 2014.
3. Strong public relations, communication, time management, and organizational skills.
4. Ability to work in a team oriented atmosphere.
5. Strong computer skills and DATATEL/Ellucian knowledge is a plus.
6. Some weekend and holiday hours may be required.
7. Previous experience in working with diversity related content and/or diverse individuals preferred; other related experience will be considered.
