If you have an SAU Network account and using a computer that is on or connected to the SAU network you can enter a ticket here or send an email to servicedesk@sau.edu. You will be able to enter your request for service and track the information through the self-service portal.

Network Services

Information Technology offers network storage for all faculty, staff, and students. Our Gmail services provide unlimited Google Drive storage. For any questions regarding network services please call 563-333-6368.

Wireless Access
