

The Service Desk is located in Lower Cosgrove, but in May 2012, IT will move to Lower Library.
If you have an SAU Network account and you are using a computer that is on or connected to the SAU network you can enter a ticket here or send an email to servicedesk@sau.edu.
You will be able to enter your request for service and track the information through the self-service portal.
