Ambrosian Spirit Award

National Honor Society Phi Eta Sigma is taking nominations for the annual Ambrosian Spirit Award to be presented to the student, faculty or staff member who best exemplifies the spirit of the St. Ambrose mission and vision.

The recipient will be honored at Awards Night, Tuesday, May 3. The recipient will also be inducted as an honorary member of Phi Eta Sigma and their name will be added to a commemorative plaque in the Rogalski Center. The 2010 Ambrosian Spirit Award recipient was student Thomas Sendelbach.

To nominate someone for the award, please provide the following information:

  • Name of the person you are nominating
  • Is the nominee a student, faculty or staff member?
  • An explanation of how the individual is committed to academic excellence, the liberal arts, social justice and service, and how they strive to enrich their life and the lives of others. (250 words or less)
  • Your name and contact email and phone number

Nominations are due Friday, April 15, to Ryan Dye.
