New York City's diverse jazz, roots and world music scenes come together to create Matuto. Featuring violin, guitar, accordion, bass, drums and various Brazilian percussion instruments, the artists' honest love for roots music, genuine Brazilian styles, and improvisational experimentation shines through.
Clay Ross' musical odyssey from South Carolina to NYC to Brazil will result in an evening of worldly adventure filtered through songs of his native south.
Cost: $11 adults, $9 faculty/staff/alumni/senior citizens, $7 non-SAU students, $6 groups, SAU students with current valid student ID are free
