Margaret Whiting explores contemporary issues related to land use, and encourages thoughtful consideration of the laws that regulate American society's impact on the land.
Discarded law books, science books, encyclopedias, dictionaries, and maps are used as her medium.
Her manipulation of these books is not meant to destroy them or to refer to the destruction of laws, rather to propose changes to laws to protect the endangered environment.
Cost: Free and open to the pulic
