After a successful playing career at St. Ambrose, Jennifer Goetz '07, '10 MOL, joined the Queen Bees coaching staff in 2007-08. Since joining the staff, she has helped the Queen Bees tally up a 49-17 record along with a conference championship and a NAIA Sweet Sixteen appearance in 2008.

On March 5, Goetz and two other women will be inducted into the Iowa Girls Basketball High School Athletic Union (IGHSAU) Hall of Fame during halftime of the IGHSAU State Basketball Tournament in Des Moines.

Goetz has been one of the more formidable players in Iowa girls basketball. A 2003 graduate of Cardinal Stritch High School, she was the first player in the history of Iowa girls basketball to record over 2,000 points and 1,000 rebounds in a career. Before heading to St. Ambrose, Jennifer was named First Team All-State three years and was named Class 1A Player of the Year in 2003.

Once at St. Ambrose, Goetz continued her reputation of dominating the hoop. A four-year, all-Midwest Collegiate Conference selection, Goetz currently is fourth in all-time scoring with 2,032 career points and third in all-time rebounds with 1,156 career boards. Goetz earned NAIA Second Team All-American honors as a senior in 2006-07.
