Four St. Ambrose students were selected from colleges and universities throughout Iowa to be a part of the 2011 Iowa Collegiate Honor Band Festival in Ames on November 18th and 19th. They are:

Brendan Sugrue, a sophomore alto saxophonist from Crystal Lake, IL, majoring in Marketing

The 100-member band represented 17 Iowa colleges and universities. The group performed a concert sponsored by the Iowa Music Educators Association at their annual IMEA Conference on the campus of Iowa State University on Saturday, November 19th in the Ames City Auditorium.
