Turning Tragedy Into Action

St. Ambrose student Olivia Lofgren suffered the loss of her childhood friend to a moped accident, just before their senior year in high school. Now, Lofgren is working to turn a terrible tragedy into something meaningful, a youth helmet bill in the State of Iowa.
