Each year the Iowa Physical Therapy Foundation awards Olive Farr Scholarships to four physical therapy and one physical therapist assistant students studying in Iowa. Recipients are chosen based on demonstrated scholarship, potential for professional contributions, and leadership qualities.
This year, two students from St. Ambrose University were chosen for this honor: seniors Justine Uhl (top) and Jaimie Joosten.
Justine serves as president of the Student Physical Therapy Organization. Jaimie is the St. Ambrose University representative to the Iowa Physical Therapy Association Student Special Interest Group and has played a large role in planning the upcoming Iowa Student Conclave.
Justine and Jaimie will both be graduating in December 2013. Congratulations to both students!
