Neither snow, nor rain, nor gloom (of a reluctant spring) could dampen the spirits of those who gathered for the dedication of Moeller Grove.
On Tuesday, April 23, retired administrator Don Moeller was honored with accolades, speeches and a poem, as the grove of oak trees in front of Ambrose Hall was officially named "Moeller Grove," and a commemorative plaque was blessed. Although weather forced the ceremony indoors, the spirit of the majestic grove permeated the remarks of all who spoke of Moeller and his contributions to the university over a 35-year span.
