Sodexo Gives Back to Students

02/26/2015

Sodexo Quality of Life Services gives St. Ambrose students more than tasty meals and clean residence halls.

In February, they added to the SAU scholarship fund for a second straight year. Jay Stewart, district manager for campus services, and Carla Carlson, district manager for food services, joined with campus general managers Larry Teat, campus services, and Steve Finn, food services, in presenting a $26,000 donation to Sister Joan Lescinski, CSJ, PhD, president of the university.

"For Sodexo, this is a really important step to support the university and the students," Carlson said. "We are here to serve the students so this is just an extension of what we do everyday to clean the campus and feed the students. We like doing this and we're really happy we are able to enjoy this partnership with St. Ambrose."
