Engineering a Future
Growing up, Holly Thomas '15 spent "hours upon hours," playing computer math games and puzzles. At St. Ambrose, she found a purpose for her mathematical problem-solving talent — and discovered a thirst for research. Find out where Holly Thomas is headed.

It's been 21 years since Ahn Le '15 and his family left Saigon for Davenport as refugees of the Vietnam War (that ended long before he was born). Le estimates he's extended twice the effort in earning his bachelor of science in nursing degree, largely because he absorbed his class material in two different languages. Among the 680 degree candidates were 15 students from seven foreign countries as well as the US territory of Puerto Rico. Some of their families came all the way to Davenport, Iowa, to cheer on their own. Read more and view a gallery of 2015 international SAU graduates.
