Facility and Room Rental

St. Ambrose University's 54th Street facility provides a state-of-the-art learning environment as an alternative to traditional off-site meeting facilities.

It is available for rental for training seminars, retreats, conferences, business meetings, presentations, and continuing education programs.  Meeting rooms can be arranged to accommodate your group's unique needs.

• Video Conferencing–Polycom Video Conferencing system. With two 42-inch LCD monitors, the video conferencing equipment allows you to connect various locations, live. You're able to communicate with both audio and visual for large or small meetings at several locations.
• All classrooms are multimedia
• Internet and telephone access in all rooms
• Convenient free parking
• Handicapped accessibility
• Lounge with vending machines
• Tables with comfortable, upholstered chairs
• Catering service available. In addition to beverage and snack service, we are able to provide several full menu options for your event.

  Large meeting room: capacity of 60 people 
  Computer lab: capacity of 24 people 
  Focus group rooms

Video conferencing, Multimedia podium with computer equipped with Microsoft Office Suite; DVD/VCR/CD player; Laptop connections; LCD projector; Voice/data connections; Speaker phone; Flipchart and markers; Whiteboard.
