Lee-Lohman-ArenaLee Lohman: Built in 1983, this physical education center houses classrooms, faculty offices and facilities for basketball, racquetball, volleyball, weightlifting, jogging, recreational activities and varsity athletics. Timmerman FieldTimmerman Field: On the St. Ambrose campus is the home of intramural flag football, ultimate frisbee games, and many special events.




JungeJunge Park: A short drive from the SAU main campus, Junge Park is home to where we play Intramural slow-pitch softball in the fall and spring semesters. [map]







St. Vincent's Field: Just near Junge Park, St. Vincent's is where we play Intramural 7-on-7 Soccer both semesters.

Cardio PodCardio Pods: The cardio pods are a joint venture between Campus Recreation and Residence Life. The pods contain from three to seven pieces of cardio equipment and are available for use by the entire campus community (students, faculty, and staff) regardless of whether you live in a residence hall or not. Find out where they're located, grab your workout clothes, and jump on a treadmill today.


Sand VolleyballSand Volleyball: Adjacent to Tiedemann and Hagen Halls, this site is home to Intramural sand volleyball, as well as informal recreation opportunities. It can be reserved by contacting the Campus Recreation office.


Rogalski BallroomRogalski Ballroom (3rd floor): Group exercise classes such as ZUMBA!, Trim & Tone, and Pilates are held here when the (smaller) Lee Lohman Dance Studio can't accommodate due to class size.
Dance Studio
Lee Lohman PE Center Dance Studio: Located in the ground level of Lee Lohman, next to the Athletic Training room, the space is utilized for smaller group exercise classes.




Ambrose DomeAmbrose Dome: A premier facility located just minutes from campus. The Dome is an indoor turf facility that is home to club sports practices, some intramural sports, and intercollegiate athletic practices. [map]




AssumptionAssumption Softball Field: A collaboration with Davenport Assumption High School, and home to the SAU softball team, this site also is available for intramural slow-pitch softball in the spring semester. [map]




St. Vincent'sSt. Vincent's: On the northeast corner of this property along Central Park–just minutes from campus–is a grassy area sometimes used for outdoor intramural sports and/or club sports practices. [map]
