Campus Recreation understands the importance of fitness and staying in shape, so we provide many opportunities for you to stay active and have fun on campus.
We offer a variety of Group Fitness classes throughout the week and they are all free! Personal Training services are also available to help you reach your fitness goals. We also provide a variety of fitness equipment in the Lee Lohman Weight Room as well as the cardio pods in the residence halls.
