Fruit & Veggie Challenge

October 6-27
20-Day Challenge to encourage everyone to eat at least 5 fruits and vegetables per day for 20 days! Sign up here! Then, download a log form here or pick one up from the Campus Recreation office or the Cosgrove Cafeteria.

In addition to having healthier eating habits, each person to participate will get to choose from water bottles, cups, Frisbees, smoothie coupons, and more!

Plus, everyone who eats at least 5 fruits and vegetables each day will be entered into a raffle for various other prizes.
